Terms of Service

FalconIntent helps B2B teams find high-intent prospects, store and manage prospect lists, track outreach in a pipeline, configure targeting (ICP) settings, generate personalized outreach messages, view usage against plan limits, and receive in-app notifications. Features may also include feedback submission and customer support channels.

Available features and monthly prospect allowances depend on your plan (including Free, Basic, Professional, Business, and one-time Try Sample offers). We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features as we develop the platform, including during early access.

Prospect delivery is based on matching your targeting settings with publicly available information and buying signals. Monthly plan volumes are ceilings, not guarantees — delivery depends on how many strong matches we find for your ICP and research channels.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use FalconIntent. You may create an account with email and password or supported sign-in providers (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Provide accurate account information. You may update your email and password in Settings. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may require email confirmation when you change your sign-in email.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe as displayed at checkout. Current plan details, early access pricing, and monthly prospect limits are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

Try Sample is a one-time purchase for a limited starter set of prospects (as described at purchase). Sample fees and subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

You may manage payment methods, upgrades, and downgrades through Stripe Customer Portal where available, or cancel a subscription so it ends at the close of the current billing period. After cancellation takes effect, your account may return to Free and paid allowances stop. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation becomes effective.

To receive ongoing prospect delivery on a paid plan, you must complete targeting / ICP settings (such as company description, buyers, signals, research channels, locations, and outreach preferences). We use those inputs to match and deliver prospects for your account.

Usage is measured against your plan's monthly prospect allowance. Unused allowance does not roll over. If delivery volume appears low, you may need to refine targeting or expand research channels; low volume alone is not a defect if few strong matches exist.

You agree not to:

• Use FalconIntent for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive outreach
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting prospects
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service or its data beyond what your plan allows
• Interfere with the Service, bypass plan limits, share login access in violation of your plan, or access another customer's account or data
• Use prospect data in ways that violate applicable privacy, spam, telemarketing, or marketing laws
• Submit abusive, illegal, or malicious content through feedback or support channels

You are solely responsible for how you use prospect information and outreach content generated or provided through FalconIntent.

Prospect profiles, buying signals, contact details, fit explanations, research summaries, pipeline statuses, and personalized outreach messages are provided for your internal business use in connection with outbound sales. Contact information is provided where available and may not always be complete or current.

You understand that FalconIntent relies on publicly available information, inferred signals, and automated systems. Results are not guarantees that a prospect will buy, respond, or be an ideal customer.

You retain ownership of information you submit about your business, targeting / ICP, account settings, feedback, and support requests. You grant us a license to use that information to operate, secure, and improve the Service — including matching prospects, generating outreach, providing support, and notifying our team when targeting is created or updated.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the information you submit and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You may submit product feedback in-app and contact customer support by email. Feedback may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you. Support response times are not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

FalconIntent, including its software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by FalconMVP and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to your plan for your internal business purposes.

You may receive non-public information about the Service. You agree to use that information only as needed to use FalconIntent and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as authentication and database hosting, payment processing, form delivery, and call scheduling. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PROSPECT DATA, BUYING SIGNALS, CONTACT DETAILS, USAGE COUNTS, OR OUTREACH CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DELIVERY VOLUMES WILL MEET ANY PARTICULAR EXPECTATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FALCONMVP AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FalconMVP from claims arising out of your use of FalconIntent, your outreach to prospects, your content and targeting inputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and cancel paid subscriptions as described above. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the Service, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that should survive will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
