Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FalconMVP ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with FalconIntent, including our website, application, and related pages (the "Service").
By using FalconIntent, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
FalconIntent is operated by FalconMVP. For privacy questions, contact us at abu@falconmvps.com or visit falconmvps.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Account data. When you sign up or sign in (email/password or Google), we process your email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide (such as name, company name, and company website). We also store plan status and onboarding completion.
Targeting / ICP data. When you complete or update targeting, we store information such as company description, buyers, signals, research channels, target locations, outreach preferences, CTAs, and notes. This information is used to match and deliver prospects for your account.
Prospects and pipeline data. We store prospect records associated with your account (for example name, company, role, community, contact URL, why-reach-out notes, personalized outreach messages, status, and timestamps), including list membership and pipeline activity you manage in the product.
Usage and product activity. We track monthly prospect usage against plan limits and generate in-app notifications about account events (such as imports, list creation, targeting updates, and billing).
Feedback and support. If you submit in-app feedback, we store your message, category, and related metadata (such as page URL). If you email support or open a support request, we receive the content and contact details you provide.
Billing and purchase data. Payments for subscriptions and Try Sample are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing-related information needed to fulfill your purchase and manage your plan (such as payment status and plan selection). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Communications and scheduling. If you email abu@falconmvps.com or book a call through our scheduling link (Cal.com), we receive the information you submit so we can respond or meet with you.
Technical and preference data. The Service may store local browser preferences (for example sidebar open/closed). Our infrastructure and authentication providers may also process standard technical data needed to operate and secure the Service (such as session tokens).
